1. General provisions

These regulations contain the rules for renting premises in the building on the street Racjonalizacji 6/8, 02-673 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Studio.

The photography studio is owned and operated by the company Elshad Akberau, Racjonalizacji 6/8, 02-673 Warsaw, NIP: 5252904399 hereinafter referred to as the “Renter”.

Individuals or commercial entities using the Studio for rental are referred to as Renters.

The Lessor provides Studio rental services together with studio equipment including studio flashes, fixed light sources, light modifiers, photographic backgrounds, session accessories and Studio set-up elements. The primary use of the Studio is to conduct photo shoots and record footage. In addition, the Studio can be rented for conducting cultural events, workshops, culinary events or other types of meetings by prior arrangement with the Studio administration.

By using the services of the Lessor, the Renter accepts the rules and regulations and agrees to abide by all their points and rules, as well as ethical standards and public morals. The Lessor has the right to refuse to rent the Studio in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of these regulations without explaining the reason before or during the rental.

Anything not expressly mentioned in these rules and regulations requires the prior approval or consent of the administrator.

2. Booking of the studio

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the Renter email specifying the terms and conditions of the rental.

The Studio rental fee must be paid in full prior to the start of use of the Studio.

The fee will not be reduced in the event of the Renter's delay or early termination of use of the Studio.

Fees for rental of the photographic studio are calculated according to the price list posted on the website koska.waw.pl

Cancellation of booking

Cancellation up to 72g before session - free

Cancellation up to 48g before session - charged 50% of price

Cancellation up to 24g before session - charged 100% of price

3. Rules for using the studio

General rules for using the studio

Entering the studio halls is possible only with changeable shoes. You can bring your own shoes or use our slippers.

The sole of a shoe in which a person steps onto a paper backdrop or cyclorama must be clean. We have adhesive tape to glue the sole. If the paper backdrop is dirty, a fee of PLN 50 per 1m is charged, cyclorama - painting PLN 150.

In the Studio it is forbidden to bring and use explosives (including fireworks), flammable, poisonous and harmful to health, intensely smelly, corrosive materials.

The use of permanently colored materials (including glitter) is prohibited in the Studio. The use of special effects (smoke, liquids, soap bubbles, confetti, sparks, etc.) in the Studio must be agreed with the administration. If a condition is not agreed upon, the cost of the intervention of the fire department or medical services shall be borne by the renter or the person who made the reservation.

The administration reserves the right not to allow persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs into the Studio and to take such persons out of the Studio. Smoking in the Studio is strictly prohibited.

Sessions with animals are held by arrangement with the administration.

The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental of the studio in case the activities conducted with its use would be related to the content considered prohibited under Polish law.

It is forbidden to film content prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Poland.

The use of smoke generator is possible at the beginning or during the session when renting the studio from 2h. The generator cannot be turned on 20 minutes before the end of the session.

Rules about time

The beginning of the rental time is the date of booking, not the beginning of the use of the Studio. The minimum rental time is 1 hour. The start of the Studio rental is the specific time that the Renter has booked.

A session hour is 55 minutes.

5 minutes before the end of the rental time, the administrator cleans the room before the next photo session. The administrator can also start cleaning the room up to 10 minutes before the end of the rental time if there have been significant changes in the arrangement and decor of the room.

Preparation, setup and connection of lighting equipment is included in the booking time. Setting up and replacing backgrounds is included in the booking time.

Equipment and supplies

All props at the end of the rental time must be in the places where they were at the beginning of the rental.

Changing backgrounds and flash heads is done only by the administrator. Replacing them yourself is not allowed.

The lessor undertakes to rent equipment that is technically efficient. Any defects in the equipment must be reported immediately.

Photographic equipment may be operated only by persons with technical knowledge and skills in the use of such equipment. If the above qualifications are found to be lacking, the lessor may refuse to release or use the reserved photo studio equipment.

The Renter undertakes to use the rented equipment in accordance with its purpose and safety rules, and to ensure that the equipment entrusted to him is not damaged through the fault of the Renter and third parties present in the studio during the rental (models, make-up artists, assistants, etc.).

Lighting equipment and other equipment must be returned in the same condition as before use. Renter agrees to cover the cost of any damage caused by the Renter or third parties staying in the studio during the rental (models, make-up artists, assistants).

The lessor is not responsible for any damage on the part of the lessee or persons cooperating with him, related to the use of the rented equipment, as well as consequences of accidents involving persons participating in the work in the studio.

Cyclorama

You can go to the cyclorama in clean shoes with the sole sealed with adhesive tape. If the cyclorama is contaminated, you will have to pay for painting and repairing the cyclorama. Painting of the cyclorama costs 150 PLN, repair of the cyclorama is calculated on the basis of the damage caused. It is not allowed to stand on the bend of the cyclorama, lean against it, lie on the bend. If the cyclorama is damaged, the customer must pay for the repair according to the rates of the service company.

The cyclorama is painted on demand. Due to the fact that it may be dirty, we do not guarantee that it will be perfectly white and/or clean during the reserved time.

Make-up rooms

The Renter can book make-up room rental through the booking calendar, price list is available at koska.waw.pl

Liability and penalties

In the case where a group of people is acting as the Renter, each person in the group is obliged to comply with the rules and regulations, and the person responsible for the failure of the entire group to comply with the rules and regulations is considered the person who made the reservation.

Photo Studio is not responsible for items left, abandoned or lost in the room or in the Studio.

For damage and destruction of equipment, accessories, interior and any other property of the Studio, the Hirer shall bear full responsibility and compensate the loss in the amount of the market value of the affected items.

In case of soiling of the paper background, a fee of PLN 50 per 1m2 is charged, cyclorama - painting PLN 150. In case of damage to the cyclorama, the customer must pay for the repair according to the rates of the service company.

At the end of the rental period, the Studio must be left in the same condition as before the start of the rental. If the level of cleanliness and orderliness of the Studio will strongly differ from the initial condition of the Studio, a cleaning fee may be charged depending on the degree of disorderliness or uncleanliness.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01.06.2022.

The Lessor reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
